PAYMENT TERMS
Full payment by cheque is required prior to survey or on collection at the time of the survey, payment will be confirmed in our report.
All charges are subject to VAT
10% Deposit is required with each and every order.
Payment schedule to be agreed.
Invoices are to be paid within 5 working days upon receipt.
Estimates are to be provided for any variations to the original contract. The additional works will only be carried out after receipt of written instruction from the client

BY PURCHASING OUR SURVEYS / REPORTS & ESTIMATES
A) Indemnify LC & Associates Ltd against any claims from yourselves or any third parties for any loss or damage whatsoever.
B) Anyone purchasing our reports/ estimates must decide for themselves the value of the statement and how they may be applied for their particular application.
C) Each client is advised to consult with there own Chartered Building Surveyor to review and discuss the merits of our reports / estimates, before implementation of any actions, also to reduce the risk of abortive fees.
D) The copyright for reports & specifications belong to LC & Associates Ltd until paid for infull.
E) 10% deposit required on all orders for roofing & building works.
Reports to be paid for priortoo, or on day of inspection.
Stage payments to be agreed.
Invoices to be paid within 5 working days.
