Prior to our inspections, we will make reasonable checks to establish if the roofing contractor is an NFRC member and where this proves to be the case, will refer the query back to the technical department and take no further part in the process without their consent

What's in a Roof Report?

1. External Inspection.
Pitched roof covering condition survey.
Rainwater goods and down pipes to ground.
Fascia & Soffit.
Chimney stacks / parapet walls.
Weathering details to abutments.
Lead work.
Flat roofs.

2. Internal Inspection.
Roof structure inspection for defects.
Insulation.
Ventilation.
Top floor ceilings.

3. Full written report with photographic evidence.

4. Recommendations for remedial work
(with associated costs if required).

5. Roof plan.
6. What we need to know.
Postal address where to send report.
Site address.
Height and size of building.
Parking facilities.
Restrictions of access to property.
Access to loft.

7. Payment.
Payment to be received by us prior to, or on the agreed date of inspection.
Minimum cancellation period within 3 working days prior to agreed inspection date.

8. Remedial Works.
Our reports can be used for tendering purposes for the recommended works. Alternatively,
LC & Associates would be pleased to carry out the work upon receipt of a written instruction.
